Advises for Crops:

Cotton/Sugarcane:
Farmers of cotton belt are advised to manage irrigation practices as per prediction of monsoon rains during the week.

General Information:
Farmers of rainfed areas, obtaining crop water through tube wells are advised to schedule the irrigation according to the expected weather mentioned above during the week. It is advised to ensure field sanitation and spray prophylactic fungicidal sprays to prevent spread of diseases on vegetables, as there is forecast for light to moderate rainfall during the week.
