Abdul Rahim Janoo Chairman FPCCI Committee on Fair Exhibition and Trade Delegations & former chairman Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) will inaugurate 10th Food Technology Asia 2016 Int’l Exhibition incorporating 10th Plastic Packaging & Print Asia Int’l Exhibition on Tuesday at Karachi Expo Centre.
The 3-day event is organised by Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan the only UFI (Paris) Approved Event Organiser of Pakistan. This Business-to-Business (B2B) exhibition aims to be a one-stop shop for the Food and Agriculture Industry Show, covering all stakeholders of the network for thousands of potential buyers, who will be attending the show.
This exhibition will bring together the key groups of the food industry under one-roof to meet and exchange ideas, products and experiences in order to increase profitability and establish relations for new business opportunities.
The Plastic Packaging & Print Asia Exhibition would showcase emerging capabilities of Pakistan in the chemical and polythene industry and aims to focus on Plastic, Packaging and Print Industry and Food Equipment with an opportunity to interact with their global counterparts and business partners.
There are approximately 150 international and domestic exhibitors while 250 international brands that are showcasing their products and services. Over 80 foreign delegates are also gracing the event from more than 20 countries, including China, Italy, Sri Lanka, UAE, Turkey, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Belgium, Taiwan, Korea etc.
The event will be open only for trade corporate visitors from 10am to 7pm daily. More than 28,000 visitors are expected to visit the event during the three days.
Food Technology Asia has become an annual meeting place for representatives of relevant businesses, experts and analysts around the region. The key goal of the exhibition is to highlight development trends and prospects and provide a platform for dialogue between experts engaged in international food, agriculture and livestock analysis, specialists in various fields of the industry, and representatives of ministries and related departments.
